Her interdisciplinary academic foundation spans sustainability management, organizational leadership, communications, project management, and geographic information systems, with studies at Royal Roads University, UBC, and Selkirk College. This expertise informs the regenerative approach she brings to her partnerships, strategy building, and project delivery.

Sylvie Mazerolle (she/they) is an Acadian and settler-Canadian educator, entrepreneur, and former school principal who has spent over a decade disrupting colonial and ableist norms within education by cultivating learning communities rooted in radical care, artistic expression, and equity. Sylvie Mazerolle (she/they) is an Acadian and settler-Canadian educator, entrepreneur, and former school principal who has spent over a decade disrupting colonial and ableist norms within education by cultivating learning communities rooted in radical care, artistic expression, and equity. She is also an award-winning dance artist featured in a National Film Board documentary. Sylvie currently writes and teaches courses for teachers at Queen’s University, contributes to the Rainbow Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub at the University of Alberta, and sits on the Kootenay Restorative Justice steering committee. A lifelong learner and passionate advocate, she is a certified Compassionate Systems Leadership Master Practitioner (MIT, 2022) and the recipient of a SSHRC grant (MA Curriculum Studies, UBC, 2019).
